Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your phone number, used to identify you and send you messages.
• The messages and photos you send us, used to read the meter number and understand your request. Photos are processed and are not kept after the meter number is read.
• Your name and email address, if you provide them, used for parking receipts.
• Payment method details, if you add a card, used only to pay parking meters you ask us to pay. Card details are stored encrypted. Text DELETE CARD at any time to remove them.
• Parking session records: meter number, times, and amounts paid, kept so you can see what was paid and so we can bill for the service.

How we use it

Only to run the service: paying meters you request, sending you messages about those sessions, and billing. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Who else sees it

• Twilio, our text-messaging provider, carries the messages.
• Anthropic, whose AI reads meter photos and interprets your requests.
• IPS Group, the city's pay-by-phone parking processor, receives the meter number, duration, payment details, and an email or phone number for receipts.

Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop all messages. Text DELETE CARD to remove your payment method. Email us to have your account and records deleted.
