Meter Agent is a text-message service that purchases parking meter time on your behalf through the city's official pay-by-phone system, for the length of time you request, and sends you text messages about that parking session. It is available only to phone numbers the operator has approved.
By sending a text message to (833) 549-6051 you consent to receive text messages from Meter Agent about your parking session. Messages are transactional and conversational only; we do not send marketing messages. Message frequency varies with how long you are parked. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You remain responsible for parking legally. Posted time limits, street-cleaning restrictions, and other rules apply regardless of whether a meter is paid. Meter Agent buys time only when the city's system allows it and will tell you when it cannot. You are responsible for telling Meter Agent when you leave; if you do not reply to a check-in, Meter Agent extends once and then stops paying.
Meter purchases are charged to the payment method you provide, at the city's posted rate plus the city's per-transaction fee. Meter Agent may charge a separate subscription or per-use fee for the service, which will be disclosed to you before it applies. Meter purchases are made with the city's payment processor and are subject to that processor's refund policies.
Meter Agent depends on third-party systems (cellular carriers, the city's payment system) that can fail or change. The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLAIR / Sam Freeman Enterprises, LLC is not liable for parking citations, towing, or other losses arising from use of the service, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid to Meter Agent in the preceding month.
You may stop using the service at any time by replying STOP or by texting DELETE CARD to remove your stored payment method. We may suspend or end service to any number at our discretion.
